This prenatal yoga class aims to therapeutically support pre-and postnatal anatomy and physiology through beneficial and safe postures, breathwork, meditation, and cultivating a deeper connection with your baby. Focusing on pelvic floor awareness, postural strengthening, relief, relaxation, grounding, breathing techniques, and overall physical & emotional preparation for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You will always find a safe space to share, seek support, ask questions, and connect with other pregnant mothers in our community. Prenatal yoga is more than adjusting postures for the pregnant body, it's a practice that supports the sacred journey of becoming a mother.
