      Yoga for Mother’s 3-part class series (3/3) Postpartum
This Informational based 3-part series will include one class specific to the prenatal phase, the second class focusing on labor and delivery, and the third primarily for the postpartum experience. All classes including gentle movement, pain management, and breathing techniques, as well as time and space to ask questions, get feedback, and find community support from other women in a similar part of their life. With the option to sign up for all 3 classes or just the ones you are interested in and/or available for. Preregistration for these classes is strongly recommended! This community offering is designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for anyone who needs it. Together we will practice breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, and somatic practices to help create the feeling of safety and security within the body. Including some gentle movement.       Prenatal Yoga
Our prenatal yoga aims to therapeutically support pre-and postnatal anatomy and physiology through beneficial and safe postures, breathwork, meditation, and cultivating a deeper connection with your baby. Classes aim to focus on pelvic floor awareness, postural strengthening and relief, relaxation, grounding, breathing techniques, and overall physical & emotional preparation for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You will always find a safe space to share, seek support, ask questions, and connect with other pregnant mothers in our community. Prenatal yoga is more than adjusting postures for the pregnant body, it's a practice that supports the sacred journey of becoming a mother.

      Free informational Meet & Greet “Yoga for Mother’s”
We will be hosting a meet and greet in the yoga studio on Monday evening the week prior to the series beginning. Please join us to see the space, meet the instructor, ask questions, and enjoy some light snacks!
