Yoga for Mother’s 3-part class series (3/3) Postpartum

This Informational based 3-part series will include one class specific to the prenatal phase, the second class focusing on labor and delivery, and the third primarily for the postpartum experience. All classes including gentle movement, pain management, and breathing techniques, as well as time and space to ask questions, get feedback, and find community support from other women in a similar part of their life. With the option to sign up for all 3 classes or just the ones you are interested in and/or available for.
